Christina is a mental health clinician dedicated to guiding individuals toward lasting wellness. She brings extensive experience across crisis intervention and behavioral intervention, trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and canine-assisted psychotherapy.
Christina earned degrees in Human Services, Psychology, and Counseling, grounding her practice in evidence-based approaches delivered with warmth, collaboration, and genuine care.
Her passion for mental health grew from her own recovery journey. Having maintained long-term recovery for ten years, she understands firsthand the challenges and hope that accompany the healing process. This lived experience informs her empathetic, nonjudgmental approach and deep commitment to supporting others on their paths to mental health and resilience.
In addition to her clinical work, Christina contributes to the field as a member of the Board of Directors for the Merrimack Valley Prevention and Substance Abuse Project and as a presenter for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
In her free time, she enjoys Bruins games, stand-up comedy, and time with her family—including her two beloved Golden Retrievers, Chase and Bauer. Christina looks forward to partnering with clients and colleagues to foster growth, balance, and renewed hope.
