Here are some questions to ask your insurance rep to help determine your coverage for our mental health services:
Does my health insurance plan include outpatient mental health benefits?
Is there a difference in coverage between telehealth and in person visits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, have I met it yet, and when does it reset?
If I don’t have a deductible, what is my copay amount per session?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
