Jessica Vaughn-Martin, MSW (she/her)
Jessica is a pre-licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, domestic and sexual violence, and major life transitions. In addition to her extensive work with survivors, she also enjoys supporting children, adolescents, and parents who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, and family stressors.
Jessica brings a calm, compassionate presence to her work and believes that healing happens best in a space where clients feel safe, seen, and heard. Her approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, focusing on building trust, uncovering strengths, and finding practical tools for resilience and healing. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, Jessica is passionate about walking alongside her clients as they move toward greater balance, empowerment, and well-being.
