Bio
Hello and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Katie and I am a clinical mental health counselor, MA, who believes that healing begins with connection, understanding, and compassion. My approach is collaborative and person-centered—I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and begin to move toward growth and balance.
I work with adults, teens, and families navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and strengths-based techniques, always tailoring our work to meet your individual needs and goals.
Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply want to understand yourself more deeply, my goal is to help you feel heard, valued, and empowered to create meaningful change. Together, we can work toward healing, resilience, and a renewed sense of hope.
