Hayley Passanisi, MA (she/her)
Hayley is a mental health clinician devoted to helping people feel supported, understood, heard, and empowered on their journey toward lasting well-being. She has experience providing treatment for adolescents and teenagers in both individual and group settings, addressing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, identity development, substance use, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
Hayley has extensive knowledge of OCD presentations and evidence-based interventions, and she is passionate about helping clients understand their symptoms, reduce shame, and regain a sense of control in their daily lives. She helps clients approach intrusive thoughts with curiosity and compassion, empowering them to live without being controlled by fear.
Hayley’s work is grounded in unconditional positive regard, the belief that every person deserves to be met with warmth, respect, and acceptance exactly as they are. This philosophy is at the heart of her practice and guides her in creating a space where clients feel safe, valued, and understood, no matter what they are carrying. She integrates approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), guided strategies to reduce rumination, the use of art in the therapeutic process, and strengths-based methods to support clients in building insight, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
Her passion for the field grew from seeing how transformative therapy can be, both personally and professionally. Outside of her clinical work, Hayley enjoys going to antique markets, exploring creative hobbies, and spending time with family. She looks forward to building strong therapeutic relationships and supporting clients as they move toward growth, balance, and emotional well-being.
