Healing Roots is seeking a compassionate, client-centered therapist to join our growing neurodiversity-affirming group practice.

We're looking for a clinician who values authentic connection, collaborative care, and community. Beyond providing therapy, our team enjoys coming together for trainings, consultation, advocacy efforts, and social events. We believe that therapists do their best work when they feel supported, connected, and able to focus on what matters most: their clients.

Position Details

• W-2 Employee Position

• Approximately 25 client hours per week

• Flexible scheduling

• In-person and telehealth opportunities

• Open to independently licensed and pre-licensed clinicians

Compensation & Benefits

• $75 per clinical hour for independently licensed clinicians

• $65 per clinical hour for pre-licensed clinicians

What We Provide

At Healing Roots, we handle the administrative side of private practice so you can focus on clinical work.

We provide:

• Scheduling and client coordination

• Billing and insurance management

• Marketing and referral generation

• Intake support

• Credentialing assistance

• Office space and telehealth infrastructure

• Weekly consultation and peer support

• Board-approved supervision

You get to spend your time doing therapy rather than chasing claims, answering intake calls, or managing the logistics of running a practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field

• NH licensure or license eligibility

• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills

• Commitment to affirming, inclusive, and ethical care

• Interest in collaborative team culture and professional growth

Compensation & Earning Potential

Our compensation model is designed to reward clinical work while allowing you to focus on your clients. Scheduling, billing, insurance management, credentialing, marketing, and intake coordination are handled by our administrative team.

Pre-Licensed Clinicians

25 clients/week= $81,250

30 clients/week= $97,500

35 clients/week= $113,750

Independently Licensed Clinicians

25 clients/week= $93,750

30 clients/week= $112,500

35 clients/week= $131,250

*Estimates are based on a 50-week working year and do not include additional compensation opportunities.
