Overview
Healing Roots provides neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health care in a supportive and collaborative environment. As the practice grows, we are seeking a Practice Operations Manager to oversee administrative and operational functions
and support smooth day-to-day operations.
The Practice Operations Manager handles intake coordination, benefit checks, insurance and billing processes, training coordination, and website and marketing updates. This is a hands-on role focused on managing systems, problem-solving, and maintaining accuracy across practice operations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal Client Care Coordinator candidate is someone who is:
• Organized, reliable, and able to keep a fast-moving practice running smoothly
• A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs, streamline systems, and communicate clearly with clients and clinicians
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks, switching between in-office and remote work, and maintaining accuracy in all administrative and billing processes
• Tech-savvy, professional, friendly, and committed to supporting the needs of our mental health practice

Schedule and Location
• Part-time, 25-30 hours per week
• 2–3 days in Amherst office/week, with the occasional Seacoast office visit
• 1–2 days remote/week
• Typical schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with some flexibility
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly rate: $22–$25 per hour depending on experience (Appx $37,700–$42,900/year)

Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with new client inquiries, complete benefit checks, and ensure intake paperwork is completed
• Maintain accuracy across insurance information, client payments, and records
• Run reports (aging, expiring cards) and resolve issues
• Update the practice website and Psychology Today listings
• Coordinate training participants, surveys, and data collection
• Support smooth communication with providers, referral sources, and clients
Requirements
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to independently identify and address operational needs
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or operations experience (healthcare preferred)
• Proficiency with software systems, spreadsheets, and online platforms
• Professional, friendly, and eager to grow with the practice

Overview
Healing Roots is an intimate, locally owned outpatient mental health practice with a supportive and collaborative environment. We are seeking a compassionate and informed Lead Clinician to support our Seacoast team. This role includes both clinical work and supervisory responsibilities and may be structured as part-time or full-time depending on applicant preference.
We are a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, strengths-based practice serving children, teens, adults, and families. We value collaborative care, authenticity, and high-quality clinical skills.

Compensation
Clinical services are compensated within the following ranges, depending on experience, specialty training, and supervisory credentials:
• $75–$85 for CPT codes 90837, 90791, and billed no-shows
• $65–$75 for CPT codes 90834, 90846, and 90847
• $55–$65 for CPT code 90832
Supervision stipends vary based on experience and supervisory status ranging $50-100 per week per supervisee

Requirements
• Fully licensed mental health clinician in NH (LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Ideally already an NH Board-Approved Supervisor, or willing and eligible to become one
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming care
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
Key Responsibilities
Clinical:
• Provide individual psychotherapy to assigned caseload
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR
• Participate in collaborative care (referrals, care coordination, consults)
Supervisory:
• Follow licensing board requirements pertaining to supervision for master’s level clinicians
• Offer guidance on diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, interventions, and documentation
• Review supervisee notes and ensure compliance with board and insurance documentation standards
• Be available to pre-licensed clinicians for clinical questions and support
Office/Team Support:
• Serve as the on-site clinical point person in the Seacoast office
• Assist with urgent or emergent client needs (non-crisis and crisis support as appropriate)
• Support smooth daily functioning of the office and help maintain a supportive team environment
• Attend monthly staff meetings, with the options of biweekly group supervision and monthly in- house trainings
