Seana Hallberg, MS (she/her)

Seana specializes in trauma-informed, neuro-affirming care, integrating psychoeducation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, mindfulness, family systems, and expressive arts in her therapeutic work. She works primarily with women across the lifespan, older adolescents, and young adults. As a neurodivergent clinician, parent of three neurodivergent teens, and partner to a neurodivergent spouse, Seana brings deep personal insight to her work with individuals and families navigating complex educational, emotional, and developmental landscapes.

Her practice is grounded in lived experience, trauma-informed care, and a strong commitment to disability justice. Seana supports clients through challenges related to parenting and caregiving, school advocacy, transition planning, identity development, and post-secondary pathways. When working with parents, she takes a family-systems approach, supporting caregivers while keeping the regulation and well-being of the entire family in view. She completed the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program through the UNH Institute on Disability and continues to work at the intersection of clinical care, systems change, and community advocacy. She recently committed to the MomsRising Fellowship program.

Beyond the therapy room, Seana is deeply engaged in education and disability advocacy. She serves on her local school board, sits on the policy committee of the New Hampshire Council on Developmental Disabilities, is a board member of the NH Universal Changing Station Alliance, and is an active member of ABLE NH, working to advance inclusive, accessible, and equitable systems for children, families, and communities.

Outside of her professional work, Seana enjoys spending time in nature with her golden retriever, getting lost in a good book, strength training to stay grounded and energized — and sharing her home with a three-legged cat named Remi, who is a daily reminder of resilience and adaptability.
