Bio

Stacy opened Healing Roots in 2020 with the goal of creating a warm and welcoming environment to support clients. Stacy is licensed in NH and MA and is a NH board-approved clinical supervisor, as well as a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.

Stacy is dedicated to providing compassionate and affirming care, providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for her clients. She is AuDHD and primarily works with high masking Autistic and AD/HD individuals by utilizing a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIAA+-safe approach. She creates a supportive space for her clients to explore their identities, navigate life’s challenges, and lift shame to live a more authentic life rooted in their personal values. Stacy incorporates somatic and body-based interventions along with eastern philosophies to support clients with getting in touch with their inner compass and innate inuitive wisdom.

Whether clients are seeking to understand themselves better, process and shift intergenerational and relational patterns, or learn new tools to better manage challenges, Stacy is committed to empowering them on their journey and offers a safe space to be seen and heard and to heal.
