Healing Roots provides therapy and evaluation services for children, teens, adults, couples, and families throughout New Hampshire. Our clinicians offer support for a wide range of experiences including anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, relationships, postpartum challenges, addiction, grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions.
While each therapist brings their own specialties and approach, our practice is rooted in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and individualized care. We believe therapy should feel collaborative, accessible, and responsive to the unique ways people experience themselves and the world around them.
Individual Counseling

Our therapists bring different areas of experience and approaches, allowing us to match care to the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit a particular model. Therapy is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in understanding the whole person, with space for different ways of thinking, feeling, communicating, and experiencing the world.

Autism & ADHD Evaluations
Neurodiversity affirming autism and ADHD evaluations for adolescents and adults, designed to look beyond stereotypes and understand the whole person.

Our collaborative, individualized approach explores patterns, strengths, challenges, and lived experiences to provide meaningful clarity, deeper understanding, and recommendations that reflect who you are.

Healing Roots offers specialized consultation and training in high masking autism, ADHD, and neurodivergence, with a focus on presentations that are often missed or misunderstood.
Consultation is available to individual professionals, clinicians, schools, healthcare providers, and organizationsseeking to deepen their understanding and provide more neurodiversity affirming support.
Customized trainings are also available for teams and organizations.
