What We Offer

Healing Roots provides therapy and evaluation services for children, teens, adults, couples, and families throughout New Hampshire. Our clinicians offer support for a wide range of experiences including anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, relationships, postpartum challenges, addiction, grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions.

While each therapist brings their own specialties and approach, our practice is rooted in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and individualized care. We believe therapy should feel collaborative, accessible, and responsive to the unique ways people experience themselves and the world around them.

Individual Counseling

Therapy for children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, stress, identity exploration, relationships, life transitions, and more.

Our approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in understanding the whole person.

Family Support for Neurodivergence

Support for families, couples, parents, and relationships navigating communication challenges, conflict, transitions, and connection related to neurodivergence.

Sessions focus on creating greater understanding, support, and healthier relational dynamics.

Autism & ADHD Evaluations

Neurodiversity-affirming evaluations for adolescents and adults designed to explore patterns, strengths, challenges, and lived experiences related to autism and ADHD.

Our process is collaborative, individualized, and focused on clarity, understanding, and meaningful recommendations.

"You are not broken. You are not a problem to be fixed. You are a human being with a mind that has learned, often for good reasons, how to survive."
