Hayley Passanisi (She.Her)

MA- Clinical Mental Health Counseling

Welcome, I'm glad you're here.

Whether you're an adult struggling with anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, depression, or feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, or you're a parent concerned about your child's emotional wellbeing, school adjustment, or ability to manage difficult feelings, you don't have to navigate it alone.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, providing a supportive, collaborative space where we can better understand what's keeping you stuck and create a clear path toward meaningful change. My approach is structured, goal-oriented, and individualized. Together, we'll identify achievable goals, build practical skills, and celebrate progress along the way.

I have a special interest in helping individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and intrusive thoughts. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strategies to reduce rumination, strengths-based interventions, and creative techniques such as art and play therapy when appropriate. Whether you're looking to better manage anxious thoughts, navigate difficult emotions, improve daily functioning, or build confidence in yourself, therapy will be tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you need a place to process life's challenges, develop effective coping strategies, or work toward lasting personal growth, I'd be honored to support you. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more confident, balanced, and empowered in your everyday life.
