Maddi is a clinical mental health counselor who works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Her approach is grounded in the belief that growth and healing happen through connection, compassion, and curiosity. She recognizes that every person brings a unique story and believes meaningful therapeutic work begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood.
Maddi is passionate about creating an inclusive and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients and individuals exploring identity. She also enjoys supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, body image, and self-esteem concerns.
Maddi integrates creative approaches, including art therapy techniques, with cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, and relational approaches to meet the individual needs of each client. She strives to create a space where clients can show up fully as themselves without fear of judgment. Wherever clients may be in their lives, Maddi works alongside them as they build greater understanding, healing, balance, and personal growth.
